Trevor took ownership in 2015 with the site in desperate need of renovation. Since then he and Stuart have renovated and restocked the horseshoe lake, along with restocking the match pool. They have made the pegs more friendly for pole fishing along with putting in place both flood and otter defence systems.

A new Cafe & Tackle shop overlooking the lakes has been built offering breakfast & lunch plus a wide variety of items to hire along with plenty of baits and tackle.

Mawgan Porth Pools is a fishery with a difference for both able and disabled anglers, with newly installed easy access paths and pegs providing a peaceful, friendly setting for great fishing.
